So glad today was a rest day.  My legs are whooped, in fact, I'm a little unsure how I'll make it through a run and Insanity tomorrow.  But alas, I'll pull it though. 

I kept busy today being a mom and working my part-time job, so at least I wasnt lazy and kept my muscles somewhat warm.

Food:
Bfast: 2 eggs, 1 mug coffee
Mm:  cheesestick, almonds
Lunch:  ww tortilla w/chick and avocado, pineapple
Mm:  green smoothie
Dinner: pinto beans, smoked sausage
Snack:  coffee, pineapple
