Hard Run

Well dear Trainer, I did the run.  Would you be satisfied if my run interval was a minute less than you said, BUT I did all 5?  Good.  It takes me a long long time before I really start to enjoy - no, like - no, tolerate running.  And I tolerate because I can feel my fat bouncing away.

Tonight, the eldest boy and I cooked dinner together.  We made sweet & sour shrimp, fresh pineapple and all.  Oh it was so yummy.  And quite the easiest meal. 

A great way to start the week.

Keep checking back.  This is the best way for me to hold myself accountable.
