Moving along

Last week I got all my work-outs in, but Tuesday.  That felt great.  It's nice to be on the roll that just continues you moving forward.  Yesterday I ran 3min walk 2min, 6times.  Plus warm-up and cool down.  I was excited that I went 3 miles.  I really dislike running, and I dislike it even more when about 1/2 way through I feel myself relaxing and getting into rhythm.   BAH!  The outcome, a good run.

This week, in addition, to my workouts; I will be concentrating on getting back to "cooler meals."  Meaning, I will have every last thing I eat planned out.  If I am going to be out most of the day, my food will be going with me.  Meal planning and preparing, I am quite good at - just haven't been so diligent lately.  So that is my goal for the rest of this week and next - to get on it!!!

Fail for Tuesday

I guess you win some you lose some.  I didn't set myself up well for success today.  I had a wonderful day; just not so wonderful in the w/o arena.  Thank goodness tomorrow is a new day.

So I've been a little frustrated with the lack of weight loss.  My own fault.  I'm eating well, just not well enough I guess.  So here is my commitment to myself and cyberspace.  I've pulled out my Tosca books...I'm 100% in.  I know this will give me the greatest success.

Have I Ever Mentioned...

I really don't like running.  Oh once I'm further down the road I'll start enjoying it more.  Tonight I was on the treadmill and actually got into a little groove - then I actually had to think about it and suddenly my lungs were filled with lead.  BAH!  The good news, I finished the workout.

It's been a busy past week, and it will take a few more posts before I get into the routine of it again.  Anyway, last week I did ALL my workouts when i was supposed to do them.  High Five.
