Moving along

Last week I got all my work-outs in, but Tuesday.  That felt great.  It's nice to be on the roll that just continues you moving forward.  Yesterday I ran 3min walk 2min, 6times.  Plus warm-up and cool down.  I was excited that I went 3 miles.  I really dislike running, and I dislike it even more when about 1/2 way through I feel myself relaxing and getting into rhythm.   BAH!  The outcome, a good run.

This week, in addition, to my workouts; I will be concentrating on getting back to "cooler meals."  Meaning, I will have every last thing I eat planned out.  If I am going to be out most of the day, my food will be going with me.  Meal planning and preparing, I am quite good at - just haven't been so diligent lately.  So that is my goal for the rest of this week and next - to get on it!!!
