Today's workouts DONE! One Insanity dvd, One 40 minute bike at the gym. I thought I would pick an "easier" Insanity disc. HA HA HA The cardio max recovery is just as hard as the other ones. I couldn't even do the whole thing - but it was still a great workout. All in all I am happy.
Food:
1 pancake
2 C coffee
1 homemade protein bar
1 chicken wrap
3 french fries
can't remember my afternoon mid-meal
roasted corn
chicken avocado wrap
2 small handfuls of almonds throughout day
smoothie
6 reese's pieces
